ABOUT US

We are a private venture partnership based out of Jacksonville, FL and focused on creating financial freedom & economic empowerment for our network. We develop strategic alliances, invest in cash-flowing assets & businesses, and provide consulting services in a multitude of related areas. We strive to develop passive and low-input streams of income that ultimately lead to financial independence, and give everybody more time to enjoy the things that truly matter in life. Current investments include long-term residential real estate, short-term residential housing, vacation rental housing, and car-sharing fleets.

We are actively looking for new ways to source & deploy capital in the Jacksonville area, as well as partner with like-minded people (or those who challenge our perspective) to help move goals closer to reach, even in a remote or hybrid capacity. Our partners span the nation, coast  to coast, not just Florida.
